Leticia Ozawa

Leticia Ozawa joined the Mexico GHG Program on a full time basis in the summer of 2005 as the coordinator of the program in SEMARNAT (Mexican Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources). She completed her Ph D at the School of Environmental Sciences in the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom, and she holds a Masters in Energy Planning and an Engineering Degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Additionally, she has had the opportunity to work as a research assistant in the Energy and Environment Group at the Engineering Institute in Mexico and as a visiting research student in the Energy Analysis Department in the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
